Privacy Policy

X1 Consulting LLC ("X1 Consulting", "X1", "we", "us") operates x1consulting.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

  • Information you send us through a form. The contact form collects your name, email address, business name, and the message you write. The assessment can email you a written plan if you enter your email address. The newsletter capture collects your email address. We only receive what you choose to type.
  • Assessment answers you save on your own device. While you take the free assessment, your answers and progress are stored in your browser's local storage (a small file on your device) so you can leave and resume. This stays on your device. It is not sent to us unless you submit the assessment or ask us to email you the plan.
  • Basic, privacy-first analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other websites or build an advertising profile. It tells us aggregate things like how many people visited a page.
  • Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile may process limited technical signals from your browser for that purpose.

How we use it

We use your form information to reply to you, to send you the assessment plan or updates you asked for, and to run our business relationship with you. We use analytics to understand what is useful on the site. That is all.

How it is handled

Your form submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and are also delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, reaching our noah@x1consulting.ai inbox on Google Workspace. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms. Your information is processed in the United States. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, though no internet transmission is completely secure.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep the emails you send us for as long as we need them to work with you or as our records require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email us at noah@x1consulting.ai to see, correct, or delete the information you have given us, or to unsubscribe. You can clear the assessment data on your device by clearing your browser storage or using the "Retake the assessment" link. Depending on your jurisdiction (such as California or the European Union), you may have additional legal rights regarding your personal data. Contact us to exercise those rights.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
