Transfer capability
We transfer knowledge, not outputs. Your team learns to run and extend everything we build together.
Independent operations & AI advisory
We work alongside business owners to find what's actually worth changing. Sometimes that's AI, sometimes it's a simpler process, and we'll tell you which. Then we build it with you, and your team can run and extend it.
The first build is scoped to a defined, measurable result we stand behind. If it doesn't work as promised, you don't pay for it.
Our approach
Four commitments that shape every engagement, whether the answer turns out to be AI or something much simpler. Whatever we build, your team can run and extend.
01
Transfer capability
We transfer knowledge, not outputs. Your team learns to run and extend everything we build together.
02
Diagnose first
We invest in understanding how your business actually works before proposing anything. No solution goes looking for a problem.
03
Work alongside
We work with your team, not for them, and we deliver things people can actually use in the tools you already have.
04
You own everything
No lock-in, no hostage data, no fine print. Month to month, cancel anytime. You stay because it keeps paying off.
Where we help
The details differ by industry, but the pattern is the same: a recurring, dollar-leaking problem the owner has no time to fix. Here's what that looks like, and how we approach it.
Lead response & follow-up
The reality
Every inbound job request is a race. The deal usually goes to whoever gets a real number back first. Quotes take days, and follow-up depends on someone remembering.
Our approach
We build intake that pre-collects job specs, drafts the quote for review, and follows up automatically, so every request gets a professional response the same day, and nothing dies in the inbox.
Proposals & repetitive drafting
The reality
Good proposals and reports take days of reading, matching, and drafting. That's time pulled straight from billable work, and rushing shows in the output.
Our approach
We build drafting systems around your own past work and standards, so first drafts take hours instead of days, and your experts spend their time on judgment, not assembly.
The owner is the bottleneck
The reality
Every decision, schedule change, and customer question routes through you. Information lives in your head, and stepping away for a week isn't realistic.
Our approach
We document how things actually work, then systematize the routing (intake, scheduling, status updates) so the business runs on process, and your attention goes where it's actually needed.
Admin eating the mission
The reality
A small team stretched across delivery, reporting, and daily operations. Processes are informal, and every hour of admin is an hour away from the work that matters.
Our approach
We set up the operational foundation (organized files, clean handoffs, the right lightweight tools) so a team of four can do the work of six without burning out.

Common questions
Most first engagements put a working improvement in your hands within a few weeks, with a before-and-after number attached. We scope every build so it's measurable. If we can't measure it, we won't propose it.
No. Everything is month to month or fixed-scope, and you can stop anytime. You also own everything we build: the systems, the documentation, and the know-how to run them.
That's the default. We build inside the tools you already use wherever possible, and we train the people who'll run the system day to day. New platforms are a last resort, not a starting point.
Then we'll say so. Sometimes the highest-value fix is a simpler process, a checklist, or better handoffs. We're independent (no vendor kickbacks), so we're paid for the right answer, not the biggest build.
Because we don't hand you a tool and walk away. We find the one fix worth making, build it into the tools you already use, and train the people who'll run it day to day. Then we measure whether it actually worked. Most AI attempts fail on adoption, not technology, so training and handoff are part of every build, not an afterthought.
You can, and sometimes we'll tell you to. The difference is we find the highest-value fix for your specific business, build and integrate it into the tools you already use, train your team to run it, and stand behind a measured result. An off-the-shelf tool is a box you still have to configure, adopt, and get right yourself, and it can't tell you what to fix next. We're independent, so if a cheap tool is genuinely the right answer, that's what we'll point you to.
Owner-led businesses, typically 2 to 50 people: big enough to have a real recurring problem, small enough that the owner can decide to fix it. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you who is.
It depends entirely on what we find, so we price each engagement on a call, built from your numbers, sized so the value case is obvious. The assessment and the first conversation are free, and if the system we agree on doesn't work as promised, you don't pay for it.
A free 30-minute conversation. We map your business, name your highest-value fix in your own numbers, and tell you honestly whether it's worth doing. No pitch. Or start with the free assessment and get a scored plan in minutes.
